What information we collect

Website enquiries and usage

When you enquire through this website, we collect the contact details and message you submit. On riserve.ai, we use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand website usage and interactions.

Product accounts and operational data

We collect information in two ways: what you give us directly, and what your team enters while running Ri'SERVE.

• Account and contact information: your name, work email, company name, and phone number
• Operational data entered into the product: production batches, transfers, stock levels, orders, and sales events across your chain
• Usage data: how your team interacts with the product, so we can fix issues and improve it

We do not collect payment card details directly; those are handled by our payment processor, not stored on our servers.

How we use your information

We use this data only to:

• Operate your account and run the product features you rely on
• Send important account, billing, and product updates
• Provide support when you contact us
• Improve reliability and build the features operators ask for

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Who we share data with

When you contact us through this website, your details are stored in HubSpot, our customer records system, and our reply and notification emails are sent through SendGrid. Both process your details on our behalf, only so we can respond to you.

We may share anonymized, aggregated data (for example, overall adoption trends across customers) with partners or investors to show demand, but never in a way that identifies you or your business personally.

We use trusted service providers (for example, email delivery and analytics tools) to run the product and send updates; they are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for our purposes.

Customer operational data is never shared with government entities, except statutory filings the customer initiates, or future aggregated and anonymized indices built only with explicit customer consent.

Warranty registrations

For warranty activation, the brand you purchased from is the data fiduciary and Ri'SERVE acts as data processor on their behalf. Your registration data is stored for that brand only, never pooled across brands, and never used to train cross-brand models. You can view or delete your registration at any time from your warranty certificate page.

How we protect your data

• All data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption
• HQ production and staging are hosted in AWS us-east-1 (Northern Virginia, United States). This identifies the production and staging hosting region. Confirm the locations and handling of backups, logs, AI processing and other subprocessors during technical discovery. See the HQ privacy summary for deployment-specific questions.
• Access is limited to team members who need it to operate and support the product
• We regularly review our security practices
• We comply with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR for EU users and similar standards globally)

Your rights

You can:

• Ask us to delete your account and personal information at any time (write to founders@riserve.ai, or see our Data Deletion page)
• Unsubscribe from non-essential emails (link in every message)
• Request a copy of the data we hold about you

We will respond to such requests within 30 days (usually much faster).

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves and we introduce new features. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting the new version here with an updated “last updated” date.
