Before you start with HQ.

Answers about your systems, your data and a practical first evaluation.

Where HQ fits

Start with the operating question and the systems you already use.

What does HQ do?

HQ is Ri’SERVE’s Operating Intelligence application. Its investigation model connects an operating question to related evidence and a named reviewer. The sources, metrics, capabilities and action permissions for your deployment are confirmed during discovery.

Do we need to replace our existing POS or ERP?

An HQ evaluation starts with your existing systems and one operating problem. Replacing a POS or ERP is not a prerequisite to the assessment. Access, compatibility and the scope of any connection still need technical review; this is not a promise that every existing system can connect.

Review source feasibility
Is the demonstration based on real customer data?

No. The website’s guided investigation uses fictional locations and synthetic operating data. It illustrates question, evidence and human review. It is not a live HQ workspace, an available connector demonstration or proof of customer results.

Data, access and security

Agree the evidence and its boundaries before sharing operational records.

Which systems can connect today?

The readiness page lists candidate categories to assess, including POS, inventory, accounting, workforce, ERP and CRM. It is not a verified native connector catalog. Bring the system name, version and technical owner so the team can confirm a demonstrable connection path, field coverage, refresh needs and limitations for your scope.

Can we start with CSV exports?

CSV or spreadsheet exports can be discussed as a feasibility option. A particular format, schema, import process or refresh cadence is not confirmed by this website. Start with field names or a non-sensitive sample schema, and agree a suitable exchange route before sending any records.

Prepare for the review
What data access is needed?

The question determines the candidate records. Your team identifies the source owner and authorizes the minimum agreed access. Read access and any separately approved write path must be scoped explicitly. Do not put credentials, customer records or confidential exports in the website enquiry.

Review access requirements
How is sensitive information handled?

Data categories, permissions, storage, processing, retention and service-provider boundaries need an agreed technical review. HQ production and staging are hosted in AWS us-east-1, Northern Virginia; that alone does not establish the locations of backups, logs, AI processing or subprocessors. Review the applicable privacy terms and deployment details before providing data.

Starting an evaluation

One question, an agreed scope and a clear next decision.

What does the evaluation require?

Bring one operating question, a decision owner and a source-system contact. Together we assess candidate records, definitions, useful history, authorized access and feasibility. The HQ Value Sprint proposal sets the capabilities, evaluation criteria, deliverables, responsibilities and limits before the work is agreed.

How does pilot pricing work?

Pricing is contact-based. A scoped proposal follows discovery and sets the price, deliverables, timing and terms for your evaluation. The website does not offer a fixed pilot price, delivery guarantee or assumed production rollout.

Review the pricing approach
What happens after the pilot?

Review the findings against the agreed question and criteria, including limitations and unresolved gaps. Then decide whether a broader scope makes sense. Any further implementation, production access, pricing or action permissions require separate agreement.

Who handles onboarding and technical support?

Your team provides a decision owner and source-system contact. Ri’SERVE and your team agree implementation, onboarding, operating ownership and support responsibilities in the proposal and technical review. Contact the founders to route the discussion; no staffed coverage window or response SLA is promised by this page.

Review responsibilities

Bring your question.

Tell us which systems hold the records and what your team needs to understand. We’ll start with the scope.

Request an HQ walkthrough

An enquiry starts a conversation. It does not reserve a meeting.
