Your data is stored encrypted in India and isolated to your business. Personal details of your staff and customers are pseudonymized before any AI processing. Every number HQ shows is computed from your records, never guessed by a model, and you can drill into the working behind it. Your data remains yours, deletable on request.

Subprocessor categories

HQ uses a small set of subprocessors, limited to these categories: cloud infrastructure and encrypted storage located in India, AI model providers that receive only pseudonymized data, and messaging delivery providers for the briefs you choose to receive on WhatsApp or email.
